Tracey has been in the Automotive industry for over 22 years from dealer land, through to 3rd party providers and digital solutions. She is well versed in all things Auto and has been a digital specialist for over 10 years now starting with Carsales and ending up as a stand alone Digital Consultant.
Her role with Live Chat Agent is staffing, training, education and content.
JIGNESH PATEL
Jignesh came into the Automotive field as a web designer over 15 years ago and has been immersed in it ever since. His technical expertise in chat software and agent services is rarely matched.
His role in Live Chat agent includes technical applications, Operations and Development.
AKSHAY DESAI
Akshay is the resident analytics Guru making sure that Live chat results filter correctly into Google and marketing us through many channels. All in all he makes us all work harder to deliver results and help our dealers measure them in house.
His role includes Marketing, analytics and managing accountability.
